Rawcliffes Furniture (Pty) Ltd – “Rawcliffes”

damage and/or defects

All Rawcliffes products are carefully inspected before packaging and delivery.

Please inspect your items upon delivery and note any obvious damage on the delivery note. All claims for damages, defect, shortages and/or other errors must be made in writing with accompanying photographs to Rawcliffes within 5 days of receipt of the products. Failure to do so will constitute full acceptance of the products.

incorrect product or product size
For our standard collection:

If you find/feel that you have received the incorrect size after delivery, please contact us directly by phone or email so that we can evaluate and rectify the matter. If the incorrect size has been ordered, the client will be liable for added shipping/delivery costs to either return or replace the product.

The item will be refunded, less a 10% handling fee as long as the product is in good order.

For custom products:

Custom products cannot be returned except where repair is indicated. Custom products cannot be refunded.

order cancellations
For our standard collection:

Orders may be cancelled within 5 days of confirmation. Any amounts paid will be refunded less a 10% handling fee.

For custom products:

Orders for custom products can only be cancelled if production has not begun. Deposits are non-refundable to recover costs for added time and labour
